Siyayinqoba Beat It
The Siyayinqoba Beat It! HIV Prevention and Treatment Literacy Manual aims to give people accurate and valuable information about HIV/ AIDS. It can be used in conjunction with the Siyayinqoba Beat it! HIV Prevention and Treatment Literacy DVD Series or it can be used without the DVDs as a resource book. Just like the DVD series, the manual will give you information on all aspects of HIV treatment, prevention and care. The DVD series and manual were developed for South Africans, but most of the information is still very useful for people living in other places, especially other Southern African countries. This manual is divided into 15 chapters to provide you with clear understanding of the topics covered.FIFA Confederations Cup 2009
Champions stick to one partner Poster: If you are in a relationship, think twice before you decide to have sex with someone else. You might know your sexual history but do you know theirs?
Champions drink responsibly Poster: Drinking and driving can result in a car accident and even death. Too much alcohol can also result in you having sex without a condom, placing you at risk of STI's and HIV infection, as well as unplanned pregnancies.
Champions play it safe Poster: If you choose to have sex, you can play safe by using condoms correctly every time.
Champions know their status Poster: If you have had unprotected sex, know your HIV status by getting tested for HIV at any public health centers for free.
Scrutinize
The Scrutinizers Facilitators Guide helps you facilitate interactive discussions about the behaviors that place people at risk of HIV using arts, culture, drama and/or discussions in small groups. You can either facilitate the topics as standalone workshops or as part of a series of workshops. The Scrutinize DVD comprises the seven quests that Victor undertakes to Scrutinize and flip HIV to H I Victory:
The Scrutinize Sexual Network Poster. A person may only have two or three partners, but if those people have two or three partners and they have two or three partners this creates a network. If HIV comes to visit just one, we have 169 problems in no time.
The Scrutinize Male Condom Poster. A handy poster that illustrates how to use a male condom correctly and consistently.
The Scrutinize Female Condom Poster. A handy poster that illustrates how to use a female condom correctly and consistently.
Tsha Tsha
Tsha Tsha DVD Compilation facilitates engagement with four key areas in the management of HIV. The guide encourages conversations and debate about individual perceptions of risk to HIV infection. It is suitable for youth and adults who are interested in learning about prevention, mitigation and management of HIV/AIDS.
Tsha Tsha Discussion Guide, a guide that broadens the use of the Tsha Tsha television series beyond broadcast environment. It supports the use of Tsha Tsha in contexts where the visual material is used to facilitate discussion, debate, reflection and learning. It provides facilitators discussion sessions with people who have watched single or multiple episodes of Tsha Tsha, or excerpts from individual episodes.
